SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER (MSM)

Location: Barcelona Hub

Reporting to: Senior Supply Planning Manager (MSM)

Within the Supply Chain function sit our Planning teams. With a population of over three hundred people these teams are a competitor leading, purpose built Global Hub, covering a multitude of Planning areas where we share best practice in a centralized and standard way to deliver industry leading service at best cost and the right level of inventory.

Our Global Supply Planning team is an important part of Coty’s business. Sitting within the Planning zone of the Supply Chain function, the team are responsible for ensuring our products are made and delivered to the right distribution centers, on time and in full. This is achieved by delivering the best balance of service, inventory, cost and sustainability, that delivers the Company’s revenue and cashflow objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Working with suppliers and procurement function to drive supplier capability and agility, long terms capacity planning and business continuity planning.

· Create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with suppliers, coordinating input from Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing.

· Own long-term RCCP visibility with all key suppliers, ensuring that global needs are considered where there are shared resources for Coty brands.

· Identify and propose improvement programs for suppliers based on gap analysis of suppliers’ key metrics. This includes Supply Network Design improvements in measures such as lead time and Best Value Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).

· Ensure there is in place a Business Contingency Plan (BCP) for key materials/suppliers. Responsible for material service measures.

· Own the MSM Roadmap deployment for the category.

· Represent Planning initiatives and projects delivery in leadership forums.

· Champion the development and improvement of processes and tools using analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Own and drive RCA (root cause analysis) processes.

As an experienced Supply Planning Manager, you will add value and feel energized from working in a fast-paced environment.

Other than that, you will have:

• Degree (or equivalent work experience) in a Supply Chain discipline. 

• Planning mastery – strong command of key systems (such as SAP, JDA, OMP, Excel) with experience of Supply Planning and knowledge of Supply Chain end to end.
• Fluency in English is a must! - Effective communication & influencing skills
