Global BarcelonaPlanning Hub is recruiting an MPS Planner to ensure finished product availability, delivering service, cost and cash at or above target

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Plan Finished Products of one/multiple lines
•    Review and manage exception messages to balance service, inventory and capacity. Amend production plans in line with planning time fences and agreed flexibility rules (Factory Operating Strategies)
•    Manage urgencies with Production/Quality/ MSP and Logistics to ensure prompt reaction and/or to prevent potential missed net revenue
•    Review increase/decrease of demand
•    Adjust production plan based on materials constraints
•    Plan the production plan to deliver initiatives and semi-finished campaign on time
•    Own MPS process(es)

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

•    Preferably with experience in Supply planning and knowledge of supply chain end to end.
•    Feels accountable and owner – personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver results
•    Communication skills are required in the role to maintain effective relationships with the rest of the organization
•    SAP and OMP (is a plus) and Excel very good knowledge.
•    Analytical skills and desire to develop tool to automatize our processes
•    Priority setting and organization skills 
•    English fluent
