We are looking for a committed TPM MPS (Master Production Scheduling) Planner to join EXO team to ensure finished product availability, delivering service, cost, and cash by leading the below activities with excellence:

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing a portfolio of Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs).
• Ensuring all finished goods (base business and initiatives) are delivered from TPMs to DC, on time & in full (OTIF) versus latest agreement with TPM.
• Proactively identify service and inventory risks, lead mitigation planning, and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage urgencies with TPMs/Quality/EXO Operations to ensure prompt reaction and prevent potential missed $.
• Reviewing and managing exceptions messages to balance service and inventory by monitoring and following demand changes.
• Providing support to SCL with Scorecard review and Planning Operating Model with TPMs.
• Ensuring logistic activities (GR, PD, ASN, Disposals at TPM) are completed and inventory is accurate (Book to Book, blocked stock, etc.)
• Assuring correct/updated SAP Master Data.
• Partner with key stakeholders: TPMs, DRP, Quality, Procurement, etc. to drive the best operational performance, covering Service, Cost and Cash.
• Ensure good communication and teamwork with the rest of the functions within the EXO team: Operations, Initiatives, MSP, Giftsets team. 
• Owning key MPS processes and delivering their KPIs.
