About the Planning Hub

Join our Global Planning Hub in vibrant Barcelona, located near Poblenou Park. The Hub supports Coty’s Luxury and Consumer Beauty divisions worldwide and covers key supply chain functions.

 

Division Planning Team

Our Divisional Planning Team supports both Prestige and Consumer Beauty categories. As part of the global planning function, the team provides critical reporting and analysis to drive business decisions and supply chain performance. We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and support launches across markets.

 

The Role

As a Divisional Planning Intern, you’ll support the global team in reporting, analysis, and planning activities. You’ll gain exposure to Coty’s end-to-end supply chain and business operations, and work across both Prestige and Consumer Beauty divisions.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily planning and reporting tasks
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborating with teams in Paris, Amsterdam, and Barcelona
  • Handling ad hoc requests and contributing to ongoing projects

 

What You Will Bring

 

We’re looking for candidates who are:

  • Interested in supply chain and business operations
  • Students or recent graduates in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and ideally Power BI
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effective communicators and team players
  • Fluent in English
  • Available for a minimum of 600 hours during 6 months
