DATA ANALYSIS INTERN (TRANSPORTATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As intern in the GT team, you will be involved in Data Quality, Data Processing automation and Analytics. Your main focus:

• Process automation: Identify manual and repetitive tasks (reporting, emails, recurring workflows) and support their automation through digital tools and robotics solutions to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Process definition: Define and document operational processes, including objectives, scope, and basic requirements. Identify business problems and help structure clear, standardized processes.
• Workflow design: Design and improve operational workflows with a digital and automation-first mindset, identifying opportunities to optimize tools and processes in alignment with business needs.
• Performance measurement: Define, design, track, and analyze operational KPIs using digital tools to measure performance, assess the impact of automation initiatives, and support data-driven business decisions.

OUR TEAM

The Global Transport (GT) team is Coty’s center of expertise for global transportation, responsible for setting strategy, governance, and network design while managing projects that drive cost efficiency, performance, service quality, compliance, and sustainability. The team oversees global air, ocean, and road transport operations, controls the global freight budget, and governs Control Tower operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a diverse, global, and collaborative environment

Key skills and qualities:

• You are currently studying Data Analytics or Indsutrial Engineering Technologies degree. 
• Technical skills: SQL (analysing large datasets), Python (automating workflows and generating actionable insights), BI tools (building dashboards and real-time performance reports).
• Soft skills: Analytical thinking, continuously improvement mindset, long term vision and the ability to turn insights into actionable solutions.
• Are available to work 25 hours (9:00–14:00) or 35 hours (9:00–16:00) for a minimum 6‑month period.
