We are looking for students to join our customer service organization at our Global Supply Chain Hub in Barcelona. The Hub Customer Service team is co-located with other supply chain functions, such as supply planning, demand planning, external operations and transportation. Our responsibilities cover both company divisions. English is our working language. The team includes Catalan, Spanish, Italian and French speakers. 

 

THE ROLE

 

This internship involves supporting the Operational Customer Service team within our Global Supply Chain Hub. It offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to global supply chain operations while working with a multicultural and multidisciplinary team on both strategic projects and daily activities.

You will be responsible for overseeing a specific type of customer orders across various markets, 

collaborating closely with the Global Capability team to test, adapt, and support change management initiatives. The objective is to help markets transition towards automation using a new order capture tool. Throughout the internship, you will develop knowledge in customer service, master data, and commercial operations. In addition to contributing to daily business activities, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements that enhance service levels, agility, and productivity. Upon successful completion of the internship, there is the possibility to continue within the company in an operational role as a Customer Service Representative.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Interested in learning and developing their career in Supply Chain

  • Students/graduates of tourism or Translation and Interpretation

  • Proactive, curious and committed to deliver results

  • Analytical (able to understand complex concepts and solve problems applying logical thinking)

  • Strong in communication and teamwork

  • Highly autonomous, disciplined and with high level of ownership

  • Fluent in English

  • Advanced in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data charts) and large databases management

  • Minimum availability of 500 hours
