HR Generalist 

This position offers a great opportunity to participate actively in the creation of the new Barcelona Hub while contributing to the overall success of Coty. As a HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HRBP in the Hub to support various HR activities related to this new project. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our HR Generalist you are responsible for supporting the fundamentals of HR: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR services, etc.

Your main focus:

• Participate actively in recruitment.
• Advise and guide managers with regards to the recruitment process.
• Ensuring that the onboarding process is carried out correctly and on time.
• Support the onboarding program to provide excellent candidate and employee experience.
• Direct contact with our RPO and universities.
• Support on the employer branding and co-own the campus event calendar. Attend relevant recruitment events.
• Support the coordination of training programs, when required.
• Generate reports, analyse HR data as needed.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a/an experienced HR Generalist, you have strong communication skills, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you:

• A university degree in some related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.)
• 2 years of experience in HR
• High professional fluency in English (this is our working language).
• Good Excel skills.
• Success factors knowledge is a plus.
• Proactivity and commitment to deliver results.
• Flexibility. Enjoys working in rapidly changing environments and lack of stability.
