JOB TITLE: PR & Influencer Marketing Lead

Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and execute the social media strategy across categories (Fragrance, Makeup and Skincare)
  • Evaluate and select relevant influencers (KOLs & KOCs) to match brand profiling and needs with social agencies.
  • Build and maintain influencer relationships with on-going communication for brand/product exposure to help Coty’s brands to achieve top of mind awareness.
  • Manage the day to day communication with external agencies for campaign briefs, status updates and report management following global reporting template, and participate in monthly business report and/or any ad-hoc business reporting needs.
  • Execute media/consumers/KOLs events such as launch press events, media trips, consumer/influencers “Meet & Greet” event and etc.
  • Manage all paid and unpaid influencer campaigns with agencies and be responsible for all executions to drive negotiations and achieve best-in-class execution in respect with brand spirit/ positioning and global guidelines.
  • Support in 360-development for yearly KOL, KOC, brand ambassador, celebrity collaboration from initial proposals to assets creation
  • Deeply understand the detailed tactics of Influencer management in order to be able to drive traffic to online/offline sales touchpoints through social / KOL activities, and to evaluate the effectiveness with measurable KPIs.
  • Build solid and trackable social measurement standard to ensure the success of influencer marketing
  • Assist in budget tracking and ensuring timely invoicing/billing processes with internal and external parties.


Press Relation Management

  • Liaise with global brand teams to receive press assets and guidelines for implementations, and responsible for press element ordering.
  • Organize and send press assets on a regular basis; and gifting/seeding planning for all press and trade
  • Build local market press relations and maintain frequent communication with print press, online press, social press, and relevant lifestyle industry associates for brand/product exposures and achieve top media ranking.
  • Adapt/develop all PR Global materials into local languages; and in optimal ways to win vs editors, influencers and ultimately consumers, with strict respect of global guidelines.
  • Tracking reports for push media clipping and social buzz


Communication & Content Management

  • Plan and develop winning contents to attract, engage and covert consumers
  • Plan & develop all communication messages to be communicated via all relevant communication platforms to amplify the awareness of the brand(s)
  • Communication assets localization and creation including the press kits for new innovation, new door opening, livestreaming, press text with local insights of R&D
  • Strong copywriting capability to lead social agency for social articles drafting & proof reading.
  • Strong sense of creative ideation to gain buzz for the brand accounts.
  • Work cross internal stakeholders and external associates to ensure campaign plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery
  • Market and Competitors’ monitoring to be aware of the lifestyle landscape and to draw best practices
  • Crisis monitoring & management when needed


Social & Digital Media

  • Cross opportunities by identifying campaigns where social assets can be exposed in retailer’s e-comm platform for meaningful business generation and consumer engagement.
  • Develop hybrid campaigns by working closely with our internal digital optimization team.
  • Devise strategies to drive online social traffic to the retailer’s ecomm website
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements
  • Work together with marketing team to drive maximum synergy across different digital consumer touch points
  • Social platform monthly review of the readership & social followers growth
  • Sharing of knowledge regarding social measurements and industry benchmark with internal team members




  • Degree Holder in Communications, Marketing or any relevant discipline
  • Min 8-10 years of PR experience preferably in beauty industry and prestige/ luxury brand experience
  • At least 5 years of people management - possesses leadership skills and ability to build and maintain a team
  • PR & E-PR experience is a must
  • Prior experience working with media/social agency will be added advantage
  • Having the network of all media contacts including Traditional/Digital/Social and relevant lifestyle industry’s Influencers will be a plus
  • English language proficiency (both written and oral communication)
