RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our HR Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of best-in-class HR services and support. You will also continuously enhance and improve human resources functions and processes in accordance with the Company’s strategy and Country’s regulations, to maintain a highly engaged and competent work force. 

 

 

Your main focus:

  • Work collaboratively with the retail operations team on nurturing and retaining talent within the field team. This involves implementing strategies and initiatives to ensure that the employees are engaged, motivated, and have opportunities for growth and development within the organization. This may include engagement activities, bonus structures, recognition programs and other forms of rewards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders in the organization. Work with SEA Office Engagement Lead to organize engagement activities and initiatives that enhance the work experience and job satisfaction of the office teams. These activities can include team-building events, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Work alongside with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop comprehensive talent development and retention plans that contribute to the growth and stability of the organization.
  • Verifying and validating work done by the outsourced team, particularly in the context of payroll related activities and HR Operations related matters. In this role you will serve as the go-to person for matters related to labor legislation. This involves staying updated on labor laws and regulations, interpretating their implications for the organization and providing guidance to ensure that the organization complies with these laws. You will also be responsible for addressing any questions or concerns from employees or management related to labor legislation.
  • Be involved in HR related projects from time to time

The team consists of Human Resource professionals and you will work closely together with several departments such as Retail Operations, Commercial and Sales, Finance, Supply Chain teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support for you to excel in this role.

 

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related HR role, with Retail background.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior level executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and HRIS systems
  • Able to work independently with strong operational excellence and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and possesses entrepreneur mindset
