Accounting and Tax Intern

This role will support accounting procedure and local tax submission. The intern will work closely with the Assistant Accounting Manager to deliver each of submission tax. This role will learn in corporate finance process to see how accounting system function as well.

Learning Outcome 

• Learn key Excise tax calculation concept and submission process.
• Learn on monthly local tax report and requirement from revenue department.
• Learn on corporate accounting process with SAP & share service system function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare Excise tax data and document and register product with Excise department
• Prepare report and submit to Excise department on monthly basis
• Submission VAT30, VAT36 (if any), PND53, PND54 (if any) and PT40 (if any)
• Prepare and submit payment related to tax and hr transaction (PND1, SSO, PVF) payments.
• Support on AP payment both vendor & T&E
• Support on month-end closing process

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• The role is open to interns who can commit for a period of at least 6 months. 
• Studying Bachelor's degree Y3 or Y4 in accounting/finance or relating field
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool), particularly with Excel.
• Open mind to work with dynamics organization
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
