Quality Control Intern

Operating within a fast-moving industry and dynamic category, you will flourish in the heart of a local market office, benefiting from daily learning opportunities and having the unique ability to shape your career through gaining a truly multi-faceted experience within a pioneering organization.The QC Intern will perform quality control analysis of bulk cosmetic product and raw material against global and local quality specifications and procedures, in line with good laboratory practice and Health and Safety policies.

YOU WILL:

Technical
• Perform analysis of bulk cosmetic product and raw materials according to quality and R&D specifications
• Colour match lab batches, pilot bulks and support the factory in matching Production batches.
• Timely and accurate completion of work meeting GLP and GMP standards
Team Work
• Partner with key functions – Work with weighing, manufacturing and production teams providing quality guidance
• Prioritize workload according to laboratory, Manufacturing and Production needs
Data and Analytics
• Raise quality notifications and take part in root cause / problem solving investigations leading to CAPA plans to improve Quality standards
• Support with data trending for all aspects of Quality measures to ensure Quality KPI targets and improvement plans are achieved
Health & Safety
• Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures and guidelines in place.
