PURSPOSE OF THE ROLE
As Operator you will work as part of a Production/Manufacturing Team to achieve optimum performance and maximise Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity in accordance with business standards, policies, procedures and best practice.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Driving for Results
- Operate production line/Vessels
- Complete all Product Changeovers/Set ups following appropriate processes using relevant equipment.
- Participates in and make positive contributions to continuous improvement activities as required (Rapid Improvement Events, Projects, Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
- Seeks opportunities to learn new skills and to develop new team members supporting organisational needs.
- Ensures that targets are achieved to a high-quality standard whilst maintaining customer demands
- Prepares and conducts SMART shift handovers to meet business commitments.
- Carries out all changeover tasks – format and shade to relevant training and procedures.
- Carries out planned maintenance tasks to schedule – autonomous maintenance.
- Embrace possibilities and suggest improvements
- Understand and successfully achieve KPI targets
- Follow basic trouble shooting processes to address issues
- Participate in incident analysis and elaboration plan of action
- Understand and participate, if required, in daily department reviews
- Ensure good knowledge of procedures, techniques and equipment
GMP Standards
- Promote high standards of Health and Safety, QA and Hygiene
- Completes set up sheets and centre lines and records changes
- Follow all written work instructions
- Ensures that Automatic Checking Device (ACD) is working and in use at all times unless otherwise agreed with your Team Leader.
- Use internal systems and provide quality and micro samples to required frequency.
- Ensure adherence to 5S methodology
- Ensure working area and equipment area is cleaned in a timely manner in accordance with process
- Interprets Quality Measures and reacts to non - compliance (including quality reports) and escalates concerns to management.
