ROLE SUMMARY

 

An operator works as part of a Production/Manufacturing Team, running production lines and vessels to ensure that the production process is running smoothly, and that all products meet the required safety and quality standards, achieving optimum performance in accordance with business standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.

 

YOU WILL

 

  • Operate production lines/vessels.
  • Complete all Product Changeovers/Set ups, following appropriate processes using relevant equipment.
  • Use internal systems and provide quality and micro samples to required frequency.
  • Carry out planned maintenance tasks to schedule.  
  • Prepare and conduct effective shift handovers to meet business commitments.
  • Ensure that targets are achieved to a high-quality standard whilst maintaining customer demands.
  • Understand and successfully achieve KPI targets.
  • Follow basic trouble shooting processes to address issues.
  • Participate in incident analysis and required plan of action.
  • Complete required documentation and follow all written work instructions. 
  • in line with GMP standards.
  • Participate in and make positive contributions to continuous improvement activities, as required.
  • Track Automatic Checking Device usage to ensure it works at all times.
  • Understand and participate, if required, in daily department reviews.
  • Follow all Company Safety Procedures and adhere to all processes, procedures and guidelines in place.
  • Ensure working and equipment areas are cleaned in a timely manner in accordance with process.

 

THE COTY IDEAL FIT

 

  • Factory experience desirable, but not essential.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Available for alternative shift pattern/fixed night shift.
  • Capable of performing manual tasks, using manual handling equipment.
  • Open to a diverse workplace and loves to work in a team.
