The Global Cosmetics Supply Chain Planning Hub manages supply of 500M+ units of global brand cosmetics (Max Factor, Rimmel, Covergirl, Sally Hansen, Bourjois, Manhattan) to 45 global markets via a network of 27 DCs. 


Our Master Data Analysts ensure:

  • Synchronisation of Material Master Data building with the progress of our Initiative – our engine for business growth
  • Accuracy of all master data elements to deliver a seamless network and outstanding customer experience.


Master Data Analyst Key Success Measures

  • Master Data Readiness
  • Master Data Accuracy – Ensure creation and maintenance on time and quality.





  • Manages the master data supply chain changes ensuring targets are being met
  • Responsible for code creations to ensure all codes are created in a timely manner and in line with SLA’s
  • Effectively performs root cause analysis on any out-of-target processes to provide data / action plans for resolution


Effective Communication:

  • Proactively communicates to identify and fix any gaps.
  • Knowledge gathering / sharing with local teams on unknown processes / fields
  • Collaborates with internal team and stakeholders (Marketing, IL, SIL, Supply Chain Pack, R&D, QA, Sales, GMM) in order to drive stronger results.

  • Seeks to develop technical and IT skills and competencies from new start to experienced Analyst, supported within the Planning Hub development process.
  • Follows and develops standardised processes to ensure efficient, accurate and effective work.

  • Mastery –Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge. Experience in ERP would be desirable but not required
  • Thinks & Acts Decisively – A high attention to detail and the initiative for effective decision making. Ability to recognise developing problems & puts in place a plan of action to resolve issues and/ or knows when to escalate for additional support.
  • Ownership - expected to take personal ownership for the resolution of all day to day issues. In addition, the ability to analyse large amounts of data and deliver a clear and concise outcome or proposal/ recommendation and proactively manage issues through to resolution.
  • Operates with Discipline – results focussed, acting with a sense of urgency and has a strict adherence to the daily processes and timeframe. Acts as an owner of the business and is accountable for their own results. Plans & follows through. A high degree of autonomy is critical within the Master Data Analyst role. Ability to set own priorities on a daily basis.
