eCommerce Key Account Manager (m/w/d)
E-KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

As E‑Key Account Manager, you are a key member of Coty’s E‑commerce team, working alongside Sales Managers, Digital and Trade Marketing experts to accelerate growth across pure player customers.
You own the commercial strategy and performance of your accounts end‑to‑end, in one of the most strategic and fast‑growing channels. This role sits at the crossroads of sales, pricing, digital execution and cross‑functional collaboration, with a strong focus on profitable, sustainable growth.

In this role, you are accountable for driving e‑commerce growth, customer partnerships and commercial excellence.
Pure Player Customer Strategy
- Define and lead Coty’s pure player customer strategy for the countries and accounts under your scope.
- Build customer growth plans aligned with Coty’s strategic priorities, balancing scale, selectivity and local relevance.
- Position Coty as a strategic, value‑adding partner for key e‑commerce customers.
Commercial Leadership
- Own trade terms, pricing corridors and promotion frameworks to drive accretive and sustainable growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations and annual planning with customers, grounded in pricing governance, competitive insights and financial impact.
- Drive forecasting accuracy and ensure strong P&L ownership across accounts.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Partner closely with RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, Online Retail Media, Digital Shelf and local market teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure alignment between customer strategy, media activation, content and digital shelf excellence.
- Monitor performance KPIs and translate insights into clear optimization and action plans.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are commercially driven, e‑commerce passionate and business‑oriented, and you thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic and international environment. Autonomous in your day‑to‑day work, you value strong cross‑functional collaboration and ownership.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or International Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, with strong exposure to European pure players and full P&L ownership.
- Proven commercial leadership, including trade terms, pricing strategy, forecasting and negotiations.
- Deep understanding of beauty e‑commerce and digital retail dynamics.
- Strong passion for e‑commerce, business and beauty.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix organization, partnering across Digital, Content, Media and Commercial teams.
- Advanced MS Office skills; experience with e‑commerce analytics tools and BI solutions is a strong plus.
- Fluent English required.
