TREASURY INTERNSHIP

At Coty we are looking for an ambitious Treasury intern who would like to gain hands-on experience. As a member of the Treasury team, you will be working closely with the Treasury Analyst & Manager and participate in their daily work activities. This internship is based at our new HQ office in Amsterdam.

Coty is subdivided into two divisions: Consumer Beauty and Luxury. Consumer Beauty is focused on color cosmetics, retail hair care and styling products, body care and mass scents in the mass retail channel. The Luxury division wants to strengthen its position in the luxury fragrance and skincare perfumery market. Key brands within Luxury are the skincare brands Lancaster and philosophy, and our luxury fragrance brands include Hugo Boss, Gucci, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Jill Sander, JOOP!, Lacoste, Escada & Davidoff. What will you be doing?

• Support in Cash management and forecasting activities on global scope

• Support administration of intercompany and external loans, including reporting and data maintenance

• Management of intercompany and external debt

• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) Coordinate KYC and banking documentation with banking partners requests with our banking partners

• Maintain bank portal administration, including user access, set-up changes, and follow-up with internal stakeholders and banks

• Banking administration maintenance

• Review and analyse bank charges

• Review and analyze bank fees/charges and support related reporting

• Assist with Treasury systems and reporting files

Requirements

• Education: Master degree in finance, accounting or similar

• EStrong interest in Treasury, cash management, liquidity, and banking operations eager to learn and develop within the Treasury team

• Strong eye for detailStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Able to work in a dynamic environment

• Self starter, creative, thinking out of the box

• Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value

• Flexible and loves challenges

• Good administrative & communication skills and likes to work in a team

• Comfortable working with Excel and AI tools
