TALENT MANAGEMENT INTERN

At COTY, we are looking for an ambitious Talent Management Intern who can start at our office in September.

As our intern for talent acquisition and talent development, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within the global Talent Acquisition & Talent development teams. You will work in a fast-paced and international environment, in which you will be involved in multiple talent acquisition and talent development projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will help us shape how we attract, engage and retain talent worldwide. It is a broad role in which you will gain hands-on experience in creating compelling content for multiple target audiences, supporting early careers, career development and project management.

Your main focus:

• Create compelling content for internal and external channels (social media, career site, toolkits, and more). 

• Contribute to different TA & TD initiatives.

• Assist with early careers initiatives, including events and communication strategies. 

• Collaborate with recruiters and branding specialists on global projects that enhance candidate and employee experience.

• Support the TA & TD team.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

With your can-do mentality and creativity, you can drive internal and external engagement by telling our COTY story. Your excellent communication skills ensure you can work with stakeholders from different levels of seniority. You also get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you;

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business management or related field.

• A creative mindset with strong verbal, written and visual storytelling skills. 

• Interest in talent acquisition and employer branding

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, global environment. 

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or social media platforms is a plus. 

• Our preferred start date is the beginning of September
