SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE FIXED COST INTERN

At Coty we are looking for an ambitious Finance Intern who wants to develop skills in the key finance processes of a multinational company such as Fixed costs tracking, forecasting and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our SC Finance Fixed Costs Intern, you will be working in the SC Fixed Cost team which consists of 2 people with direct management of the Finance functional leader. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams including the extended SC Finance team, Supply Chain and HR. Our entire team is based at Coty’s Headquarters in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands.

We need you to support the Supply Chain function in the annual Fixed Cost budgeting process, resulting variances analysis and management of information process flows.

Your main focus will be: 

• Support preparation & submission of financial forecasts and budget into reporting tools
• Lead initiatives to harmonize and strengthen financial dashboards (Headcount, etc.)
• Support reviews and analysis for corporate reporting purposes
• Participate in special projects as needed (system implementations, global harmonization and standardization, other process improvements)

• Study in the field of Finance, Economics or Business 
• Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with big data and various financial and reporting systems. Analytical and inquisitive by nature – able to understand and spot trends in complex data and interpret them. Reliable with high standards of accuracy & precision
• Great team player, Proactive and hands-on; Able to thrive in dynamic situations
• Fluent in English
