SENIOR PRICING ANALYST

Location: Amsterdam

The Global Pricing team is an international team acting on all pricing topics from the setting of the Recommended Selling Prices (SRP) to the net revenue.

In close contact with Coty Brands, Markets and Finance teams, the team provide clear guidance to optimise revenues and margins!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you are responsible for supporting pricing strategies, analysis and markets trends to ensure portfolio pricing positioning and maximize profitability of the company. It implies to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing decisions.

Your main focus:

• Support the Global Pricing Strategy Set up for existing Portfolio and New Initiatives for all Coty’s Brands
• Coordinate & implement main pricing processes with Local Markets and Global Teams
• Participates to Strategic Revenue Optimization project : contribute to reports and tools definition and development
• Partner with global and regional functions involved with the global pricing strategy setup (global marketing, regional pricing, Global VD, etc.)
• Help to harmonize Pricing setup between Prestige and Consumer Beauty Divisions

As an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst, you possess a positive can-do attitude and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you will have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Business Economics or Business Management
• Min 2-3+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Pricing, Finance/Controlling departments or Data Analysis.
• Advanced level Excel skills which are essential for this role
• Advanced Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret sets of data to get to a given outcome
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Data Visualisation tools (Power BI) and database tools (SQL)
