SENIOR SALES MANAGER - BENELUX

 

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Benelux team in Amsterdam 

 

The team consists of sales professionals, and you will work closely together with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Education, Finance, and Supply Chain. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Senior Sales Manager, you are responsible for commercial performance, brand desirability, execution excellence.  You lead the commercial strategy and execution across Benelux retail channels, driving sustainable growth, market share, and customer excellence. You build strong retailer partnerships, shape the Belux sales vision, and lead a high-performing team. Acting as a strategic partner across functions, you ensure profitable growth, strong in-store execution, and alignment between HQ and the local market.

 

Your main focus:

 

  • Own and drive commercial strategy across chains, department stores, and independents
  • Lead Joint Business Plans including targets, pricing, promotions, and visibility
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance, market share, and profitability
  • Lead negotiations covering terms, budgets, and commercial conditions
  • Monitor KPIs and translate insights into clear action plans

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to lead commercial strategy, build strong customer partnerships, and develop teams. As an experienced Senior Sales Manager, you work autonomously, lead with impact, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

 

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership within FMCG or beauty/luxury
  • Bring strong experience in luxury sales or key account management
  • Demonstrate team leadership and people management experience
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Benelux retail landscape
  • Show excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Apply strong analytical skills to manage performance and ROI
  • Operate effectively in an international matrix organization
  • Work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way
  • Are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
