As Senior Customer Marketing Manager – E‑Commerce, you play a pivotal role in driving EU eRetail market share growth through differentiated, high‑impact customer strategies across key partners such as Douglas, Flaconi, AS Watson and Parfumdreams.
Covering a maternity leave, this role combines strategic leadership, cross‑retailer orchestration and people management, ensuring continuity of ambition, performance and engagement within the Coty EU E‑Commerce Customer Marketing team.
You operate at the intersection of Customer Marketing, Sales, Retail Media and Brand, shaping scalable, omnichannel activation strategies that deliver both commercial impact and brand equity.
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
In this role, you are accountable for team leadership, customer strategy and commercial excellence across EU eRetail:
- Lead, coach and engage the EU E‑Commerce Customer Marketing team, driving performance, development and strong team collaboration.
- Own and steer cross‑retailer activation strategies across EU eRetail, ensuring alignment between Customer Marketing, Retail Media, Social Commerce and Sales.
- Drive differentiated customer strategies while avoiding cannibalization and preserving retailer‑specific needs and priorities.
- Lead customer marketing negotiations and long‑term activation planning (e.g. Pan‑EU e‑JBPs, Douglas One Europe).
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex strategic, commercial and operational topics across key eRetail partners.
- Champion innovation and new activation formats, translating strategy into scalable, high‑impact campaigns.
- Lead EU rollout strategies for priority initiatives, defining roadmaps, resources and success metrics.
- Oversee campaign performance, ROI and investment effectiveness, providing clear insights and optimization recommendations.
- Continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working, while driving best‑practice sharing across retailers and markets.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are a senior, confident Customer Marketing leader with strong experience across shopper, brand and digital marketing, including deep exposure to e‑commerce and omnichannel retail. You are comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a complex, international environment.
You bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Brand or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience leading cross‑retailer eCommerce strategies and negotiations at European level.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities, including interim team management.
- Solid track record in budget ownership, investment governance and ROI optimization.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, international organization, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Confidence navigating multiple eRetail platforms, requirements and market dynamics across Europe.
- A pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset, with strong attention to quality, timelines and impact.
