As a Pricing & Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager, you play a key strategic role at Hub level, shaping and deploying pricing strategies across Prestige and Consumer Beauty, by channel and by country.
At the heart of commercial performance, you combine strategic thinking, analytical excellence and strong governance, while ensuring flawless execution across markets.
You act as a central operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning, enabling data‑driven decisions and value creation across the organization.
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
In this role, you directly contribute to profitable growth, pricing competitiveness and operational excellence across the Hub.
- Define, adjust and deploy the Hub Pricing & RGM strategy across divisions, channels and countries.
- Own the end‑to‑end pricing process, including innovation pricing, ensuring right‑first‑time deployment across SAP and price lists.
- Act as the final pricing sign‑off for market releases, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
- Monitor and analyze price indexes and competitiveness across countries and channels.
- Build pricing tools and conduct analyses on price positioning, distribution, investments and promotions.
- Act as Product Owner / Key User for pricing tools and SAP pricing, ensuring data quality, KPI tracking and audit compliance.
- Drive the commercial drumbeat, ensuring seamless information flow and decision readiness across Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Lead, coach and prioritize the work of Pricing Analysts and cross‑functional squads, fostering a high‑performance, data‑driven culture.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are business‑driven, analytical and impact‑oriented, with the ability to structure, influence and lead in a complex, international environment.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Analytics.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Pricing, RGM, Trade Marketing or Commercial Finance.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Natural leadership, strong ownership mindset and results orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, at all organizational levels.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
