ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

In the Team for our European Distributor Markets (EDM), we are responsible for our Prestige (Makeup, Fragrances and Skincare) and Consumer Beauty (Color Cosmetics, Mass Scenting and Bodycare) businesses in > 40 countries in EMEA, through >30 independent distributors as well as some of EMEA’s biggest and fastest growing E-Com customers. Our scope of countries includes a wide range of business models and demographic/cultural differences, resulting in very diverse trade and consumer landscapes ranging from Scandinavia to Israel, from Greece to Eastern Europe including the CIS region and also touching consumers in key markets across Western Europe via our E-Com executions. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated professionals and, together with our colleagues from the broader EDM organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with >350 M consumers. THE ROLE

Coty is seeking a highly motivated person to join Coty`s Merchandising team for the Europe Distributor Markets. This role will closely collaborate with the full commercial team, Marketing and Sales, with Finance as well as Distributors – working on both Coty Prestige and Consumer Beauty brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Market Execution

• Assist local markets with their merchandising needs and ensure implementation in line with global and regional guidelines.

• Manage the flow of information to markets, ensuring assets, toolkits and instructions are shared on time and updated regularly.

Planograms, Visual Guidelines & Perfect Store

• Coordinate all planogram updates, POSM implementation and guideline distribution.

• Check market feedback to ensure guidelines are applied correctly and consistently.

Launch Execution & Service Rounds

• Support the preparation and follow-up of merchandising updates during new product launches.

• Track fixture changes, POSM delivery, installation timings and re-merchandising activities.

Fixture Production & Budget Support

• Assist the Merchandising Manager in managing local fixture production (gondolas, backwalls, counters).

• Support with purchase orders, vendor follow-up, progress tracking and installation coordination.

Creative & POSM Development

• Help develop merchandising materials from brief to rollout, collaborating with marketing, agencies and suppliers.

• Assist with file preparation, artwork checks and implementation guidelines.

Reporting & Admin

• Consolidate visual execution reports from markets (photos, compliance, feedback).

• Maintain tracking tools, calendars and overviews for the Merchandising team.

• Support maintenance of assets in DAM/SharePoint.

ARE YOU A COTY FIT 

• Passion for beauty and our brands, and a strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG

• HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master), for this internship it is important you remain enrolled with your university during the whole internship

• Proactive and hands-on

• Flexible and loves challenges

• Good communication skills and likes to work in a team

• Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills

• Fluent in English

Period

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from early September 2025 to February 2026. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
