MARKETING MANAGER (Maternity Leave – 6 Months)
AMSTERDAM HUB BASED
As Marketing Manager, you play a key role in accelerating the growth of Coty’s Luxury brand portfolio across the Benelux market, working from the Amsterdam Hub.
Reporting into the Hub Marketing organization, you are responsible for localizing and executing brand strategies, ensuring strong go‑to‑market excellence and impactful 360° activations across distributors and e‑commerce partners. You operate at the intersection of brand strategy, commercial execution and cross‑functional collaboration, with a clear focus on driving brand equity and business performance.

In this role, you contribute directly to brand growth, commercial performance and execution excellence.
Brand & Portfolio Strategy
- Localize, deploy and execute brand strategies in line with global guidelines and local business priorities for Benelux, distributors and e‑commerce partners.
- Own and deliver the local execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all touchpoints.
Campaign Execution & Channel Activation
- Lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns, working closely with Media, PR/Influencer, Trade Marketing and Education teams.
- Partner with Commercial teams (Trade Marketing and Sales) to ensure full‑funnel activation and aligned messaging across channels.
P&L & Performance Management
- Track and analyze brand performance including sell‑in, sell‑out, rankings, market share and ROI.
- Own brand P&L and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient investment and strong business impact.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for Benelux partners, distributors, pure players and global brand teams.
- Manage cross‑functional projects and provide project‑based leadership to one Brand Coordinator (direct or indirect).
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are strategic, structured and execution‑oriented, and you enjoy managing complexity in a fast‑paced, international environment. You combine brand sensitivity with strong business acumen and collaborative leadership.
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Commercial Marketing, ideally within beauty, luxury or lifestyle industries.
- Proven experience in go‑to‑market execution and 360° campaign delivery across media, retail, digital and influencer channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders, projects and external agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to manage priorities and drive impact in complex environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
