JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for building the offline and online business in a sustainable way with customers that will be dedicated to you within the Prestige Business. With your ownership, business acumen, agility and collaborative qualities, you have the possibility to drive the business to the maximum, whilst learning to flourish in a fast-moving international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Junior Key Account Manager you are responsible for achieving the financial targets that have been set.

Your main focus :

• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with your customers;
• Deep understanding of the business and your customer, and to deliver the results in line with the targets;
• Co-ownership with Sr Key Account Manager of the complete P&L, from top to Gross Margin and manage different variables effectively to improve the Gross-to-Net result at your customers;
• To turn Coty strategic goals and initiatives into executable objectives in own area in clear alignment with other Coty local initiatives
• Proactively collect and analyse relevant data to identify opportunities for corrective action/growth and makes internal recommendations to improve the company and/or your business results;

The role reports into the Senior Key Account Manager and you will work closely with several departments including Marketing, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Junior Key Account Manager you possess good negotiation skills, drive and have an entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit. Enjoy working to goals/targets and feel energised from working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Other than that, you will have:

• 1+ years working experience in a sales role
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in relevant field
• Excellent Analytical skills - you have a data-driven mindset and you are skilled in processing data into action plans
• Fluency in Dutch & English
• Strong Business/Commercial Acumen
