HR OPERATIONS – AMSTERDAM

The HR Operations Global Process Owner will ensure that overall proper service is delivered with the right level of quality by the Accenture Shared Service Centers and the local Coty HR Operational Teams. This position will report to the SVP, HR Transformation & Digital Operation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Own & maintain Coty SOP
- Ensure local & global compliance with SOP.
- Run regular audits.
- Animate local and global Coty users with best practice and training.
- Referent to Accenture SSC SME and experts
- Design process that optimises employee and manager experience.
- Leverage technology to create productivity (GPA)
- Drive process simplification initiatives constantly improving productivity and user experience.
- Drive integration and automation initiatives in partnership with the IT teams to minimize double data entry leveraging HR data when it is needed.
- Continuously survey market innovations in a constant search for innovation to improve productivity and employee experience.
- Leverage any technology innovation such as AI
QUALIFICATIONS |
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- BS Degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and Global Payroll Management
- Capability to lead, motivate and challenge an operations team to deliver on the objectives of the function and to continuously develop their skills and competencies in line with HR best practice.
- Strategic & comprehensive vision of HR-wide processes
- Global mindset and cultural awareness
- Experience as GPO global lead
- Project management
- Has operated in an successful SSC and understanding of what good process looks like.
- Payroll and HR admin functional knowledge.
- Technology understanding.
- Demonstrated Process simplification experience
Desirable:
- Lean design certification
