Global Talent Acquisition Technology, Process & Insights Manager

Join Coty as our global Talent Acquisition Technology, Process & Insights Manager. In this role you will manage several tech & data related projects within the TA team. Think, tech implementations, innovations and data driven recruitment. You will drive a culture of excellence and support us in our ability to attract, engage and hire top talent worldwide. 

 

THE ROLE  

 

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

 

As our global Talent Acquisition Technology, Process & Insights Manager you play a critical role in optimizing our recruitment tech landscape through data driven insights, technology enablement and continuous process improvement. You will leverage analytics to drive strategic decisions, enhance recruiter productivity, and experience. Day-to-day you will support the TA team with system usage and reporting, and you will work in close partnerships with HRIS and IT teams.

 

You will be reporting to the Global Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Experience, and you will manage:

 

Talent Acquisition Technology & Enablement

  • Support with implementing, managing and optimizing all TA technology platforms, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and sourcing or assessment tools.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of new technologies that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Drive adoption of standardized recruitment practices and technology usage across teams and geographies.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose technology or workflow solutions for efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (GDPR, EEOC, etc.).
  • Do research on AI and implement AI-driven tools to enhance end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless system integrations, upgrades, and data integrity.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor TA metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality of hire).
  • Map and continuously improve end-to-end TA processes using data and automation.
  • Weekly reporting on TA metrics.
  • Partner with TA leadership to interpret trends and provide strategic insights that inform workforce planning and talent strategy.
  • Build predictive models or use advanced analytics to forecast hiring needs and optimize sourcing strategies.

 

Stakeholder Management & Training

 

  • Collaborate closely with TA leaders, recruiters, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to understand hiring challenges and deliver actionable insights.
  • Train and support recruiters and hiring teams on effective system use and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships for TA systems and tools.

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

  • 7+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and , or HR Technology
  • Proven expertise in managing recruitment platforms and analytics tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Avature, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into business impact.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Highly organized, with a can-do mindset and passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences globally.
  • Excited to drive innovation and data-driven recruitment within our Talent Acquisition team.
