The Global Senior HR Business Partner partners with Consumer Beauty leadership to shape and deliver the global people agenda, translating business strategy into pragmatic HR solutions across talent, organization, and performance while leading transformation and change initiatives at scale. 

 

 

 

THE ROLE   

 

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! 

 

As our Global Senior HR Business Partner – Consumer Beauty (FTC), you play a critical role in partnering with senior leaders to define and deliver the people strategy, driving organizational design, talent cycles, and transformation initiatives while ensuring sustainable change across the business. 

 

You will be reporting to HR Director – Global Brands & Consumer Beauty Transformation, and you will manage: 

 

  1. Strategic HR business partnering: 

  • Partner with senior Consumer Beauty leaders to define and deliver the people strategy  

  • Translate business priorities into pragmatic HR solutions across talent, organization, and performance  

  • Provide data-driven insights to support workforce and organizational decisions  

  • Act as a strategic advisor influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organization 

 

  1. Organizational design, transformation & change: 

  • Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives aligned to TOM evolution 

  • Drive transformation execution and ensure change is embedded and sustained 

  • Lead change management and communication for transformation initiatives 

  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and HR Operations for delivery of the HR model 

 

  1. Talent, performance & employee relations: 

  • Drive end-to-end talent cycles including performance, succession, and development 

  • Act as a senior advisor on complex HR topics 

  • Support leadership on HR topics in an international environment 

  • Ensure consistent and effective HRBP delivery across the organization 

 

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT  

 

As a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner with strong business acumen, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and a credible communicator with high ownership and accountability. 

 

  • 8–10+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in FMCG / Consumer Goods  

  • Strong experience in organizational design, transformation, and change management  

  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in a matrix organization  

  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset 

  • Ability to operate at pace and manage complexity in an international environment 

  • Strong execution capability with a strategic and hands-on approach  

  • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders  

  • High ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset
