PROCUREMENT SENIOR BUYER IT & OUTSOURCED BUSINESS

We are looking for a Procurement Senior Buyer, IT & Outsourced Business (OBS) to lead category strategies and sourcing activities across outsourced services. You will drive value creation, supplier performance, and risk management while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support Coty’s operations and innovation agenda.

THE ROLE  

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Buyer, IT & OBS Procurement, you play a critical role in leading category strategy, strategic sourcing, and supplier management across IT and OBS services, ensuring value creation, strong governance, and risk management while supporting business priorities and innovation.

You will be reporting to Director of IT, OBS Procurement, and you will manage:

CATEGORY LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY EXECUTION

• Lead IT & OBS procurement categories, owning strategy development and execution aligned with business priorities
• Translate business needs into sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier insights
• Drive continuous improvement across cost, service quality, resilience, and risk

STRATEGIC SOURCING, CONTRACTING & NEGOTIATION

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and award decisions
• Manage commercial negotiations and contracting (MSAs, SOWs), ensuring strong outcomes across pricing, flexibility, and risk
• Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts are compliant and support IT and outsourced services

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT & VALUE CREATION

• Manage the supplier ecosystem, driving performance across cost, quality, service delivery, and compliance
• Identify opportunities for supplier optimization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
• Promote innovation, sustainability, and responsible sourcing across the supplier base

STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP & CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Partner with stakeholders across GBS, IT, Finance, and other functions to provide sourcing and commercial guidance
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and adapt communication to stakeholders across levels
• Promote adherence to procurement policies and collaborate to balance business needs, cost efficiency, and risk

GOVERNANCE, RISK & COMPLIANCE

• Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and audit-ready practices across IT & OBS categories
• Manage contractual, financial, and operational risks, including IP protection and confidentiality
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit to ensure transparency, control, and proactive risk management

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a procurement professional with experience in strategic sourcing and services-based categories, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are analytical, collaborative, and commercially driven.

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives and negotiations for IT & outsourced services spend
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
• Understanding of contracting, service models, and risk considerations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Fluent in English
