About Supply in Amsterdam:

 

Our Amsterdam HQ organization houses a number of interlinked Supply teams. From Regional and Global Logistics, Supply Chain Transformation to Quality, S&OP to Supply Development: these Centers of Expertise provide the strategy, frameworks, guidelines across the Global and Regional Supply and Logistics community. The teams identify improvements/projects and roll these out to provide added value, service, efficiency, and safety within our broader Supply Chain network.

 

Role and Department:

 

Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated and determined individual to join our supply chain teams as regional S&OP Analyst. The main responsibilities are to support the business units for S&OP execution and to deliver S&OP submission global consolidations. In addition, the regional S&OP Analyst monitors Demand KPI’s and manages improvement projects.

The Regional S&OP Analyst reports to the Regional S&OP leader and collaborates with the Global and all business units supply chain teams across the region.

In this role you will be responsible to:

Consolidate demand picture from Kinaxis Rapid Response S&OP software platform and ensure the BU S&OP submission is in line with demand signals in forecasting system

Run monthly reports based on business needs

Work in close collaboration with the BUs and capability team to identify needs and deliver trainings

Become a key user and point of contact for the digital S&OP tool – Kinaxis Rapid Response S&OP Software platform

Design and deploy a BU S&OP health checks process and report into a report into a regional/global overview with proposed action plan (BU assessment on S&OP steps process)

Provide full demand planning support to markets on hyper care

 

What You Will Bring:

 

Qualifications and experience:

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration

1-3 years of Demand Planning experience, prior experience in a FMCG environment and/or S&OP role is a plus

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Excellent Excel knowledge, Power BI is a plus

Strive to engage and influence at all levels to bring change and results improvement

Ability to work autonomously and energized to drive a monthly drumbeat and projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Excellent written and spoken communication in English
