Global Procurement IT Digital & OBS

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join as Director Procurement – IT, Digital, OBS & R&D, to define global procurement strategy across transformation‑critical categories at Coty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Director Procurement – IT, Digital, OBS & R&D, you are responsible for global category strategy leadership.

The Director defines, owns, and governs Coty’s global procurement strategy across IT, Digital, Outsourced Business Services, and R&D. The role acts as strategic category owner, partners with senior leaders, leads a team of procurement professionals, and enables informed investment decisions, risk management, cost optimization, and supplier‑driven innovation.

Your main focus:

• Define and own global category strategies aligned with enterprise and digital priorities
• Build and govern a strategic global supplier ecosystem across IT, Digital, OBS, and R&D
• Lead, coach, and develop senior procurement leaders and category teams
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders across functions
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across all categories

The team consists of Senior Managers and Buyers, and you will work closely together with several departments such as IT, Digital, R&D, Finance, and Transformation. All your colleagues are experienced procurement professionals operating in a global matrix.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to operate at strategic level within complex, transformation‑critical environments. As an experienced procurement leader, you work with a strategic, structured, and analytical approach and you get energy from working in a fast‑paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Bring strong exposure to IT, Digital, OBS, and/or R&D categories
• Have proven experience operating at Director or senior leadership level in a global matrix
• Are fluent in English
