Global Learning & Capability Building Director
As our Global Learning & Capability Building Director, you will shape how people at Coty learn, grow, and build the capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-changing business. You will set the direction for learning globally, strengthen leadership and critical skills, and ensure learning remains practical, relevant, and future-ready as the organization continues to evolve.
Your main focus:
- Set the global direction for learning and capability building, ensuring it is clearly linked to business priorities.
- Define learning frameworks and pathways that bring consistency while allowing flexibility across regions and functions.
- Shape the global learning agenda by working closely with leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and priorities.
- Design, curate, and oversee leadership and critical skills programs, working in close alignment with business-led initiatives such as AI upskilling.
- Introduce new learning approaches and technologies (including AI-enabled learning, microlearning, and social learning) to increase reach, relevance, and impact.
- Own the learning platform setup and delivery for global initiatives, ensuring smooth operations, clear reporting, and continuous improvement in partnership with HRIS.
- Act as a thought partner and advisor on learning design, partner selection, program integration, and the long-term sustainability of learning solutions.
- Track learning impact and adoption, connect outcomes to broader talent indicators, and use data and AI to refine and improve over time.

- Have experience leading learning and capability building across global and local contexts.
- Proven track record of identifying real capability needs and translating them into practical learning solutions.
- Comfortable using data (and AI where relevant) to prioritise work, measure impact, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Able to bring structure to ambiguity and balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
