This role supports the Director of Global Influencer Marketing in building a center of excellence with the purpose of exhibiting the impact of earned PR and influencer marketing through a data-driven approach, while establishing a centralized hub for tools, assets, and ways of working.  


The influencer performance team works with global and local brand influencer teams across the Consumer Beauty and Prestige Divisions while reporting into the central digital organization.




  • Partner with external measurement partners to organize trainings, manage COTY team access and adaption plan execution
  • Support Director of Global Influencer and team on compiling measurement reports for brand teams and leadership
  • Build measurement guidelines and toolkits for global and local teams use. Topics include KPIs, Influencer Identification, Influencer & advocacy etc.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with global brand influencer team and local influencer marketing brand teams on strategic plans and campaign management
  • Assist in toolkit and guideline stewardship
  • Cultivate and develop productive relationships with global marketing, local market teams and external partners
  • Oversee and organize administrative functions, invoicing, POs, expenses, travel, calendars, presentations, archives, etc.
  • Manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize accordingly
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Beauty & Communications industry and competitive landscape  




We’d love to see candidates who has:

  • Ongoing university studies in Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Prior influencer marketing related internship or university project experience (preferably within beauty, fashion, entertainment, or music industry) is preferred
  • Communication skills, discretion, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, passionate, team orientated
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
  • Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty industry
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape



As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship.

For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program.



This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of at least 6 months. Remote working is possible up to 50% of your time, in alignment with your line manager. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
