Global Graduate Innovation Brand Manager (m/w/d)
GLOBAL INNOVATION GRADUATE BRAND MANAGER

We’re looking for a graduate profile to join our Bourjois Global Marketing team. This role will allow you supporting the marketing innovation team to bring new product ideas to life from concept to selling product, to disrupt the beauty market. The global marketing team is split between innovation (product development) and brand equity (communication & consumers touchpoints): you will be part of the innovation team and collaborating with the brand equity team. Both global innovation and brand equity director report to the global brand senior director. Reporting to both the person in charge of face and the person in charge of color & eyes projects, you will actively help to manage the existing portfolio (face, lips & eyes) and new products initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will enable you to work in a very entrepreneurial landscape where you will lead global projects with ownership and autonomy to create your own impact on the brand strategy. As our Global Innovation graduate brand manager, you will support both new product development and catalogue lifecycle.
Your main focus:
- Market & Trend Analysis. You actively monitor global trends (social media, regional markets, competitors) to feed the innovation roadmap and ensure the relevance and attractiveness of the portfolio, in collaboration with the CMI and Advocacy teams. You also co-create the testing protocol to ensure the product resonates well to the consumer.
- Performance Tracking. You measure launch performance through KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, category mix, P&L margin, product lifecycle) in collaboration with the commercial planning team & data team, adjusting the portfolio strategy, accordingly, including hero SKU optimization and rationalization.
- Innovation, coordination & Product Development. You help brainstorm around new product concepts, claims and, in close collaboration with R&D, Packaging, Scouting and Regulatory teams. You also support operational tasks to ensure seamless project execution across all the development steps:
- Design: Competition inspiration, 3D briefs, mocks up, AW
- Formula: Competition purchases, claims follow up
- Testing: material supply
- Leadership meetings: Meetings prep, decks updates
- Markets: Daily chat to ensure seamless projects updates, markets decks & expert markets meetings
- Budget: PO and quotes tracker
- Product life cycle: Code creation, Product catalogue, PIM
- Project management. As Graduate, depending on the profile, you will own and manage end-to-end new product development with the support of your managers. This would allow you to drive deliverables from concept to market while monitoring timelines/budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams—including R&D, ILs, supply chain, finance, procurement and commercial—to ensure flawless execution. In this role, you will manage packaging, artworks, and compliance while safeguarding brand consistency, anticipating risks, and adapting plans to deliver projects on time and in line with brand objectives.

Other than that, you have:
- Educational background in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
- -/+ 1year related experience in a global product development
- Demonstrate passion for beauty industry, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details
- First experience in beauty industry is a plus
- Hands-on to work in an entrepreneurial mindset and to find creative solutions
- Be a good communicator & Team player, able to clearly defend/explain projects to various stakeholders
- Master the English language. French is a plus
