As a Global FP&A Senior Analyst, you will own key elements of Coty’s global planning and forecasting drumbeat, delivering sharp insights, driving alignment across stakeholders, and supporting strategic decision‑making for senior leadership.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Global FP&A Senior Analyst, you play a critical role in orchestrating Coty’s global planning cycles, consolidating financial performance, and enabling leadership with best‑in‑class analysis. You will be reporting to the Global FP&A Senior Manager, and you will manage:

1. Planning & Forecasting Coordination

• Lead consolidation across BUs and Functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Support Functions)
• Animate the forecasting drumbeat across P&L and Balance Sheet lines
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions
• Support scenario planning and sensitivities
• Identify risks and opportunities in collaboration with finance partners

2. Executive & Board‑Level Reporting

• Prepare monthly Executive Committee reporting
• Support materials for Board meetings and external disclosures
• Provide clear, actionable insights through data storytelling
• Maintain high‑quality financial models
• Deliver ad‑hoc analysis for senior leadership

3. Process & Tools Optimization

• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and models
• Partner with IT Finance to enhance planning tools and master data
• Develop new reporting templates and dashboards
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives
• Ensure data integrity across systems

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a skilled finance professional with strong analytical acumen, you thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment. You are curious, collaborative, and take ownership with confidence.

Key Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Supply Chain Finance
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (P&L, GtN, pricing)
• High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage ambiguity and operate independently
• Proficiency in Excel and Hyperion
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in multinational environments
• Desire to learn, innovate, and build new capabilities
