THE ROLE
An exciting 6-month opportunity within Coty Consumer Beauty Division to make an impact on the
Colour Cosmetics business!
As Global Commercial Planning Manager for Colour Cosmetics brands, you’ll work on brands such as Rimmel, Bourjois, Sally Hansen and help connect global strategy with local execution, ensuring that innovations and commercial plans translate into strong market performance worldwide.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with global brand teams, regional leads, and local markets to support operational readiness, reinforce pricing discipline, and contribute to the successful execution of go-to-market strategies. You will act as a key partner for markets, helping ensure alignment and bringing commercial insights that strengthen execution across regions.
Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:
- Recommend and implement go-to-market strategies to maximize NPD commercialization
- Contribute to the translation of global strategies into actionable commercial plans for markets, ensuring readiness and alignment.
- Partner with regions to support forecasting, align commercial priorities, and help drive disciplined execution.
- Monitor readiness governance and support follow-up actions when gaps are identified.
- Consolidate performance insights and scorecards to inform decision-making and improve future launches.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across regions and markets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and market engagement
- Act as a connector between global strategy and market execution, supporting clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with regional and local teams to promote strong commercial execution.
- Strengthen Coty’s commercial culture by embedding governance, promoting best practices, and challenging stakeholders to raise the bar.
- Support Global Commercial Readiness Governance
- Contribute to improving the commercial readiness of your brands through structured trade planning and close coordination with key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of the global commercial readiness framework, helping ensure the timely delivery of global assets to meet retailer and market needs.
This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline. You will play a visible role with markets and regions, directly influencing the readiness and success of the Colour portfolio worldwide.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Min Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree: 5+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management and/or Sales in FMCG (experience in Beauty industry is a plus)
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade dynamics
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Structured thinker with the ability to connect strategic objectives with operational execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in a local market role, demonstrating customer and retailer understanding.
- Interest in working in an international environment with a fast innovation pace.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and constructive approach.
