GLOBAL CATEGORY SENIOR BUYER – TPM

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Coty as a Global Category Senior Buyer role to empower strategic impact across global beauty sourcing, driving innovation and value creation within a world‑class procurement organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Category Senior Buyer - TPM, you are responsible for strategy, sourcing excellence, and value creation.

In this role, you will lead global category strategies and supplier partnerships across Third‑Party Manufacturing (TPM) for categories including Shower Gel, Roll‑On and Aerosol Deodorants, Fragrance, and Skin Care. You build strong cross‑functional collaboration, develop forward‑looking market intelligence, negotiate key agreements, and ensure sustainable value creation aligned with Coty’s procurement objectives.

Your main focus: 

• Develop end-to-end global category strategies delivering sustainable value.
• Build strong supplier relationships and shape Coty’s supplier landscape.
• Lead negotiations and develop Master Supply Agreements.
• Translate complex market data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Legal, and Supply Chain to enable innovation and operational excellence.
