About Coty

At Coty, we are seeking motivated Global BI & Analytics Interns to join our team as part of Coty’s Data Talent Factory, a structured 6-month rotation program designed for students eager to build hands-on skills in data, analytics, and generative AI. You’ll spend your first 2 months training with the Global BI team at our HQ in Amsterdam-Zuid, then rotate through 2 business analytics teams (2 months each), applying your skills to real projects across the organization.

About the Business Facing BI Team in Amsterdam

The Business Facing BI team plays a pivotal role in implementing a variety of business intelligence and data analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making globally. We actively set and refine Power BI guidelines to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative BI practices across Coty. Although our team is small, we are diverse with members based in Amsterdam and New York City. We embrace continuous learning and rapid adoption of cutting-edge technologies. We are actively exploring how generative AI is reshaping the way we build and deliver analytics. As an intern, you’ll be part of that journey.

What we offer

At Coty, we offer an exceptional opportunity for our Global BI & Analytics interns to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

• Months 1-2: Training in Power BI and Databricks fundamentals, with a focus on Coty’s standards and best practices. Includes exploration of generative AI capabilities within these platforms.

• Months 3-4: First project rotation with a business analytics team.

• Months 5-6: Second project rotation with a different business analytics team.

• By the end of the program, you’ll have a portfolio of real deliverables, cross-functional exposure, and a strong foundation for a career in data & analytics. You will receive direct mentorship from the Business Facing Power BI Manager, fostering both personal and professional growth. ARE YOU A COTY FIT

• Student (Bachelor/Master), it is important that you remain enrolled with your university.

• Demonstrated passion for data and an interest in specializing in Power BI and Databricks.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numbers.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, and R is highly advantageous.

• Strong interest in generative AI and its practical applications in data & analytics.

• Adaptability and willingness to work across different teams and business domains.

• Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing outputs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Period
This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 5-6 months and starts from Summer 2026. Remote working is possible up to 50% of your time, in alignment with your line manager. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis but be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
