About the Europe Performance & Analytics Team in Amsterdam

The Europe Performance & Analytics team enables regional omnichannel performance tracking and delivers centralized, business-focused analytics solutions and insights to support faster and better decision-making across European markets.

The team works at the intersection of business, data, analytics, and technology, partnering with local markets, regional leadership, global analytics teams, and IT functions to build a scalable and reliable analytics ecosystem. As the scope of data, dashboards, and AI capabilities continues to expand, we are looking for an intern who can help strengthen data quality, analytics documentation, user adoption, and AI-enabled ways of working.

What we offer

At Coty, we offer an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic European analytics environment. During the internship, you will support the team across three key areas:

  • Data Stewardship & Data Quality: performing data quality checks, supporting reconciliation across multiple sources, documenting KPI definitions and data structures, maintaining data dictionaries, and helping identify and escalate data inconsistencies.
  • Analytics Platform Enablement: supporting the use and adoption of Databricks and Power BI, exploring datasets, assisting with dashboard testing and maintenance, supporting user onboarding, and helping maintain a structured analytics knowledge base.
  • AI Adoption & Analytics Innovation: testing and evaluating tools such as Genie AI and Power BI Copilot, building prompt libraries and best-practice repositories, identifying practical AI use cases, and supporting training and adoption initiatives.

By the end of the internship, you will have contributed to improved data quality and reporting reliability, better governance of analytics assets, faster onboarding for dashboard users, and increased awareness and adoption of AI capabilities within the Performance & Analytics function. You will gain exposure to real business challenges, cross-functional stakeholders, and modern analytics tools used to support decision-making across European markets.

  • Strong interest in data, analytics, business intelligence, and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Good Excel skills and an interest in Power BI, SQL, data visualization, and structured datasets.
  • Interest in Databricks, Python, generative AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, or Power BI Copilot is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in data or documentation.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to organize information clearly.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working with stakeholders across teams and countries.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

OUR BENEFITS
