E-commerce is one of Coty’s biggest growth engines, and our newly created EU E-commerce Excellence Center is at the heart of this transformation.
Within this center, the Digital Shelf Excellence team focuses on one key goal: creating the best possible online shopping experience for Coty brands across major Pan-EU retailers like Sephora, Douglas, Amazon, Notino and more.
We do this by:

Working closely with local teams, global teams, agencies and retailers across Europe
You will join a young, international and digital-savvy team that is shaping how millions of consumers discover beauty online.
The Role
As a Digital Shelf Excellence Intern, you will help bring Coty’s brands to life online.
You will work hands-on with real e-commerce platforms; support content launches across Europe and use data to improve how products perform online. This is a high-impact internship where your work will be visible and meaningful from day one.
You will report to the Senior Digital Shelf Excellence Manager who is based in Amsterdam and work closely with experienced managers who will coach and support you throughout the internship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content implementation: work with agencies, local markets and retailers/pure players to ensure product images, descriptions, videos, reviews and enhanced content go live on time for launches and key sales moments.
Digital shelf analytics: help in leading tools enhancements and in using digital shelf tools (such as UGAM and Scrapfinder) to identify content gaps, track performance and support continuous improvement.
Amazon content: support the Amazon EU team by delivering high-quality content for one of Coty’s most strategic partners.
Audits and insights: monitor campaigns, competitors and content performance, and share key learnings with the team.
E-commerce capability: support the organization of e-commerce capability and training sessions for Coty colleagues across Europe.
Agency collaboration: assist with day-to-day coordination of digital agencies, including timelines, priorities and budget tracking.
ARE YOU A COTY FIT
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program and remain enrolled throughout the internship.
Curious about e-commerce, digital marketing and online performance.
Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership.
Analytical and confident working with data and Excel.
A team player with strong communication skills.
Fluent in English.
A first experience in e-commerce, digital or the beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
Eligibility requirements:
EU citizens must be enrolled in a European university.
Non-EU citizens must be enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship.
Practical Information
This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a minimum of six months, starting February 1st, 2026. You will receive an internship allowance and a travel allowance if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis, which will largely need to be completed in your own time.
