E-commerce Key Account Manager




At Coty we are seeking an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager for the e-tailer and pure player customers in the Benelux (including Amazon, and others). This is a unique role with a high impact on the growth of Coty E-commerce.




As our E-commerce Key Account Manager you are responsible for accelerating Coty’s growth in this very important and dynamic customer group.


Your main focus :

  • Managing several customers with direct responsibility for sales and profitability of the accounts
  • Negotiating annual agreements, joint business plans, activations and data sharing
  • Developing commercial plans to constantly accelerate sales
  • Managing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, providing rationale and weekly estimations to Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams
  • Negotiating listings for all Coty’s relevant products and brands, including cost price changes with each customer as appropriate
  • Reviewing pre and post promotional activity analysis

The role reports into the Senior E-commerce Key Account Manager and your broader team will include;- Content and Merchandising specialists, Digital and Trade marketing experts.

As an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager you possess good negotiation skills, drive and have an entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit. Enjoy working to goals/targets and feel energised from working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Other than that, you will have:

  • 4+ years working experience in a key account management position preferably with E-commerce customers, and/or a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial role in an E-commerce organization.
  • Strong Business/Commercial Acumen
  • Excellent Analytical skills - you have a data-driven mindset and you are skilled in processing data into action plans
  • Strong Office (xls, powerpoint. etc) – Presentation skills
  • Fluency in English– Written and Oral and control of Dutch is beneficial
