CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER E-COMMERCE
As Customer Marketing Manager E‑Commerce, you are responsible for driving market share growth across Coty’s key Pan‑European e‑retail partners. You will lead the execution of regional e‑retail campaigns with top beauty players such as Notino, MakeUp and other Key Ecommerce Players ensuring strong brand consistency, on‑time delivery, and measurable ROI.
Working closely with Sales E-KAMs, Marketing Pillar Leads, and cross‑functional teams, you will play a central role in accelerating Coty’s e‑commerce performance across Europe.

In this role, you will drive e‑commerce market share growth while strengthening your commercial, analytical, and cross‑functional leadership skills:
- Drive regional e‑retail growth end‑to‑end by delivering high‑impact campaign activations with key Pan‑EU beauty partners (Notino and Makeup), ensuring strong ROI and flawless execution
- Become a key commercial partner for Sales EKAMs and Marketing Pillar Leads, coordinating priorities, timelines, and investments to maximize e‑commerce performance.
- Own consumer engagement calendars and campaign execution, adapting playbooks to retailer needs while ensuring brand consistency and on‑time launches.
- Lead campaign orchestration by managing assets, timelines, approvals, budgets vs. forecast, and day‑to‑day coordination with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
- Strengthen analytical and financial expertise by tracking performance, evaluating ROI, and translating data into clear investment and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate across Media, Content, Digital Shelf, and Local Markets to ensure seamless omnichannel execution and best‑in‑class digital presence.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by sharing best practices, improving processes, and supporting new e‑commerce formats and pilots (e.g. social commerce).
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in shopper, brand, digital, or customer marketing.
- Proven experience delivering omnichannel activations with major beauty e‑retailers such as Amazon, Notino, Douglas, Flaconi, and Sephora.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to align assets, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Solid experience in campaign budget tracking, invoice processing, and investment alignment with commercial priorities.
- Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance, assess ROI, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales, Media, Content, Digital Shelf teams, agencies, and local markets.
- Exposure to European markets, balancing regional consistency with local adaptation needs.
- Confidence navigating multiple retailer platforms and requirements across countries.
- Proactive, agile, and energized by fast‑paced, international environments.
