At Coty we are looking for an ambitious Commercial Marketing Intern with a hands-on mentality. As a Commercial Marketing Intern, you will be working with the marketing team and/or sales team and you participate in their daily work. This internship is based at your home-office and our office in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands.

What will you be doing?

• Reporting to the Regional Senior Training Manager
• Oversee the advocacy beauty advisor application, creating content, managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
• Be responsible for the monthly tracking of competition activities online & offline
• Channel communication with markets
• Gather best practices across the region and lead the share and reapply
• Support in designing, deliver and animate regional training with markets
• Support the internal trainings and help educate the company on innovations and launches
• Help to plan and organize global seminars in Amsterdam or in the markets

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and our brands, and a strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG
• HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master), for this internship it is important you remain enrolled with your university during the whole internship
• Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility and flexibility
• Strong eye for detail
• Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Digital Savvy
• As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program

Period

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from September 2023. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
