RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Procurement Senior Buyer, you will manage the Color Cosmetic Packaging Category with a spend of approximately USD 70M-100M. This role will see you building a cost efficient and flexible supply for the Category to deliver sustainable savings, innovation and de-risk the supply to support growth and the overall Coty strategy.

Your main focus :

• Develop category strategy and roadmap in line with business plan and procurement strategy, inclusive of global sourcing, risk management, sustainability and innovation capabilities to best serve Coty needs and objectives.
• Develop in-depth category fact base from robust data analyses (spend, volume, price breakdown, demand management, …) and cost modelling.
• Bring Innovation from market and suppliers to our brands and marketing teams.
• Work on Sustainability & Regulatory requirements, namely Styrene/POM exit plan and PCR implementation.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to create and implement an effective short, medium, long term category plan ensuring quality of products, quality of service and cost effectiveness.
• Build current and forward-looking portfolio / market / industry intelligence.
• Source and benchmark suppliers on regular basis to drive optimum supplier strategy including negotiations and driving best in class contracts.

The team consists of 2, reporting to the Senior Manager for Color Cosmetics Packaging. You will manage change by effective procurement leadership and close relationships with your galaxy of key stakeholders (Procurement Category, Procurement IPM, Global Procurement Operations, Finance, R&D Packaging, Supply Chain Packaging, Planning, Quality, Accounting, Regulatory, Initiatives Management).

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

The Global Procurement Senior Buyer will be results orientated, possess excellent project management capabilities and strong business acumen.

In addition, the ability to work across different levels in the organization (across different teams) and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you will have:

• At least 8+ years experience of which at least 5 years in Procurement.
• Relevant experience in Beauty or FMCG sector is a strong plus.
• Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization;
• Degree qualified preferably in Procurement, Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline. MBA advantageous.
• Master the English language on a near native level
