PURCHASE TO PAY (P2P) SPECIALIST

GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES – AMSTERDAM

As our P2P Specialist, you will support end‑to‑end Purchase‑to‑Pay processes across Coty, becoming a key partner to internal teams in Europe and the US. You will provide operational excellence, unblock invoices, support vendor data management, and ensure smooth financial process execution across global functions.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our P2P Specialist, you play a critical role in enabling seamless procurement and accounts payable operations across Coty. You ensure accuracy, compliance, strong internal partnerships, and a smooth flow of financial processes.

You will be reporting to the P2P Operations Director, and you will manage:

1. Purchase‑to‑Pay Support & Case Management

• Provide expert support on Purchase Orders (POs) and raise Purchase Requisitions when needed.
• Solve complex or blocked invoice cases using Ariba, SAP, and Coty Procurement policies.
• Support invoice management (SAP Inbox, VIM) and guide users through discrepancies.
• Deliver process compliance, visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Vendor Master Data & Cross‑Team Collaboration

• Support Vendor Master Data creation, modification, and data accuracy.
• Ensure strong cooperation with the finance and accounting teams handling vendor payments.
• Drive change management, training, and education for internal users.
• Work closely with internal global teams and BPO partners (Accenture).

3. Global Process Execution & Stakeholder Engagement

• Become a recognized point of contact across Coty markets (Amsterdam /New York ).
• Communicate effectively across finance, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure high‑quality execution of AP and P2P processes.
• Contribute to global improvement initiatives and support alignment across markets.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a developing P2P professional, you combine analytical ability with strong organization and communication. You are eager to learn, understand processes quickly, and thrive in environments where collaboration and problem‑solving matter.

• Experience in Accounts Payable / P2P or similar finance processes.
• Ability to analyze issues and resolve cases quickly.
• Experience with Ivalua, SAP, Ariba, VIM, or similar systems is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of vendor data management (Master Vendor Data).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (required).
• Experience in a global or regional environment is a plus.
