Business Services Contract and Performance Lead is a supporting role that reports to the Business Services Contract relationship and Financial control lead role. 

1. Manage Business services contract and performance to secure costs and benefits attached to the contract and outsourcing road map.
2. Accurate and timely reporting of business case and performance updates for the business services group

The Contract and Performance Lead’s primary responsibilities include the following:

• Update Business Case and ensure all financials are regularly updated based on actuals. Assist in managing complexity of the update given the size of business case involving multiple functions and geographies
• Prepare and assist in presentations to Coty’s Senior Management (CFO, CTO, CIO) on program Business Case and savings opportunities demonstrating stakeholder management skills 
• Support preparation of quarterly forecasts led by Business Services Finance Control Lead, and monthly outlook (people costs, BPO costs and project costs) process to deliver an accurate picture of business services related costs and cash flows.
• Collaborate with Transformation Lead, HR Business Partner and local markets to accurately reflect savings of the program 
• Coordinate for further opportunities by close collaboration with Business Services Management team to improve Business Services Business Case and close the gap to original savings target
• Ensure accuracy of billing from BPO provider by monthly/ quarterly reconciliations and its correctness vs Transition plan, signed off FTE and contractual rate cards
• Coordinate for Change Request governance to ensure timely and accurate update of BPO contract with thorough review of adequacy and financial impact calculation and assist in the alignment with all the key stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Services Strategic Scorecard for manager’s review to present financial, operational, people performance and improvements to Business Services Management and Coty’s Senior Management
• Coordinate for BPO FTE capacity based on volume changes
• Assist in BPO benchmarking across industry and BPO provider
• Assist in Business Services management support tasks/ activities that will ensure timely and effective execution of Business Services short term and strategic goals
• Member of the Powering The Coty’s Future Program Extended Leadership Team (ELT) and work in partnership of wider business services team to deliver on the goals, objectives of the function.

The Contract and Performance Lead requires strong experience in Shared Services Operations and Supporting functions with solid project management skills, advanced understanding of financial and contract management in GBS type of organization as well as excellent stakeholder management

What you'll bring

• Fluent Business English
• Master’s degree
• Up to 10 years of experience in GBS organization or in a finance dept is required
• Former experience in BPO transformation, IT and/or PMO is desired   
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to lead projects and some business transformation.
