RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand brand goals and strategies and provide analyses to help organization to achieve / beat goals locally
• Coordinate with local marketing team the business plans review
• Co-pilot with marketing team to design Brand P/L as part of the monthly, quarterly and annual planning process
• Drive local marketing spending ROI and Promotional ROI insights
• Co-Lead list price alignment within organization (locally & with the region)
• Coordinate the budget forecast process with the multifunctional team
• Co-pilot with market CFO on fixed cost control activities
• Coordinate and enable the budget control process via providing visibility on Marketing expenses and enabling marketing to perform budget control
• Support month end process for marketing and fixed cost expenses, ensuring full compliance with Coty policies/U.S. GAAP.
• Support marketing furniture Capex forecast and control
• Support internal and external audits
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis based on business needs
• Enable Marketing Directors and CFO to develop strategies that improve main KPIs

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

To be successful in this role, you will act as a proactive business contributor towards the Marketing and Finance Co-pilot team, leveraging your insights on the business to drive stronger plans, ideas and give analysis and clear reports.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Forecasting, ideally from previous local Copilot/Controlling/Financial Analyst roles (3-5 years’ experience)
• Very good understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet under U.S. GAAP
• Solid understanding of month-end close process and how it impacts P&L and B/S
• Strong Excel skills, ideally experience with SAP
• Knowledge of Dutch will be an advantage
• Experience in working in multinational (matrix) organization
