We’re looking for a DRP/EXO Planner to our OPI Team. We will entrust you supply management from the moment of placing order at our external suppliers, through distribution of finish goods across whole globe until the moment of delivering OPI to our satisfied customers. You will have opportunity to maintain close relationship with Suppliers and Business Units. Being part of OPI business means work in a fast-paced, international work environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles inside our planning center and outside.  



  • Ordering finished goods from our suppliers.
  • Managing supply network for assigned portfolio with strong focus on Service, Inventory and Cost.
  • Setting-up and bringing improvements to our processes.
  • Collaboration in daily steering meetings.
  • Resolving conflicts with suppliers or plants to avoid supply availability gaps.
  • Reporting and analyzing key metrics to drive planning improvements.



  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, or directly related area (preferably FMCG environment).
  • Planning processes knowledge in Supply Chain area.
  • MS Excel intermediate knowledge (VBA as advantage)
  • Strong drive for quality and operational excellence with high analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and run extra mile over given scope of responsibility.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Fluent English language written and spoken, further languages are beneficial.



  • A high level of individual accountability and ability to take ownership over given scope of responsibility.
  • Strong sense of discipline and attention to details.
  • Team player with a positive attitude to create the right dynammic to acchieve the defined objectives.
  • SAP or JDA system knowledge.
  • Autonomous with an ability to work in a fast-moving environment, highly adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.
  • Power BI knowledge
