THE ROLE

The DRP Senior Manager is leading one of departments for a given specialization/business/division within the Warsaw Planning Hub (WPH) and has top level accountability for the results of his organization.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own organization health and ensure strategic communication within department.
  • Lead and accelerate change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and performance in the supply chain.
  • Manage the department to deliver KPIs for the business and develop the organization.
  • Create, contribute and ensure compliance with the documented operating strategies.
  • Provide leadership for delivering supply chain results for the supply chain and category within the WPH.
  • Maintain regular communication with Senior Leadership in WPH and Head Quarter on current operation performance and upcoming risks / mitigation plans for business and owned organization
  • Support the business performance tracking for the category.
  • Ensure customer service results meet or exceed category targets.
  • Contribute to and provide leadership for inventory reduction strategies.
  • Provide leadership to reduce/eliminate effort touches within their organization via continuous Loss Elimination.
  • Relentlessly drive operational excellence within the standard work processes.
  • Ensure personnel is trained on Planning Operational standards, CBA’s and tools.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Essential:

  • Master-degree or higher (logistic, economy or production)
  • Min 6 years of experience as supply chain leader in area of supply planning or new product development
  • Min 3 years of experience in people management with team size more than 5 people.
  • Solid Project management skills and experience with record track of successful projects implementation
  • High impact communication skills with record track of leading complex conversation with senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of E2E Supply Planning.
  • Good understanding on Supply Chain planning principles in ERP including generic master data setup workflow.

 

Desirable:

  • Recognized certification in SCM (i.e APICS)
  • Recognized certification for Lean Management , Project Management
