Supply Chain Director Professional Hair

As Professional Hair Director you will be responsible for planning organization of +40 people and have top level accountability for the Supply KPI of service, cost and cash. You will be responsible for ensuring sufficient organizational capability and capacity exists to execute the planning operations. You will be responsible for driving mastery and growth within the planning organization.  You will be accountable for the overall execution of planning work processes within the supply chain organization to deliver the KPIs. 


You will be responsible for the roles of:

  • Initiatives planning - planning readiness to launch new products to markets
  • Deployment and availability planning - ensuring product is distributed to the right place and managing service risk liaising with markets to deliver expected service results
  • inventory management - driving the inventory reduction plan in E2E supply chain 
  • S&OP - deliver supply input to business S&OP


Key deliverables:

  • Service - delivering FR/FROT and Order Completeness for each BU globally
  • Inventory – physical inventory within target
  • Initiatives - deliver supply chain readiness for new launches/restages (PIPO)
  • Organization - deliver headcount and ensure budget management for the organization



  • Leading to Service excellence: drive organization and improve processes to deliver service KPI  
  • Leading to deliver Cost & Cash : drive organization and improve processes to deliver cost and cash, lead inventory reductions as per business expectations and glidepath
  • Managing Departmental budget
  • Providing leadership and resources for executing projects within planning function, relentlessly drive operational excellence within standard work processes and outside of the established ones.
  • Managing of supply chain team members : recruiting, evaluation, training, career and operational coaching.
  • Ensuring sufficient & capable organization to deliver the KPI
  • Contributing to create efficient relationship with partners/ stakeholders to support the business and manage priorities efficiently
  • Being ambassador of the function in the lead team

You have proven experience in:

  • Managing the change and consistently delivering the KPIs
  • Have the experience of E2E supply chain management from suppliers through manufacturing to distribution
  • Experience within S&OP and/or manufacturing will be additional asset
  • Strategical and analytical thinking abilities
  • Great communication skills and ability to collaborate and engage partners in the environment of conflicting priorities is a must
